Job Summary:

At Fields Senior Living, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Director of Care to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. As a Regional Director of Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our senior living communities, ensuring exceptional care and services for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple senior living communities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Develop and implement effective care plans, focusing on improving resident outcomes and enhancing the overall care experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and internal teams, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding

• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement innovative care models, improving clinical outcomes and reducing readmissions

• Provide coaching and guidance to caregivers and other healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

• Conduct regular quality assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective corrective actions

• Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring financial sustainability

• Partner with regional and corporate teams to drive strategic initiatives, enhancing the overall reputation and growth of Fields Senior Living

Requirements:

• A current and valid Nursing License-RN and in good standing.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field (Senior Living)

• Proven leadership and management experience in a senior living or healthcare setting

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of caregiving principles

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficient with Point Click Care or other Electronic Healthcare Systems.

• Required to travel to multisite locations.

• Preferred- Delegation of Duties, Training experience, Dementia and Leadership development.
