This position supports the service team through precision, anticipation, and attention to detail, ensuring every table is executed with excellence. Core Responsibilities
- Support Servers and Captains to ensure fluid, well-paced service throughout the dining room
- Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and re-marking with precision
- Execute food running, beverage support, and guest assistance as directed
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in all service areas
- Anticipate guest and service team needs to enhance the overall dining experience
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to support service flow
- Uphold all service standards, procedures, and presentation expectations
