Role Description
Field Verified is seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant for a full-time, on-site position at our Chandler, AZ location. The Executive Assistant will manage executive scheduling, prepare expense reports, handle administrative tasks, and ensure effective communication internally and externally. The role will also include providing high-level support to executives, facilitating efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in a professional services or construction-related environment is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
