What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and related systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently and provide long-term solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Complete service calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Work independently while staying connected with dispatch and the team
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in varying weather and job site conditions
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
