HVAC Installer - Experienced
$35-$40/hour | Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Southwest Michigan

What You'll Do
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Complete high-quality installations while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
- Install and modify ductwork systems
- Run refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and low-voltage wiring
- Test, start up, and balance systems to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot installation issues and adjust as needed on-site
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow all company safety standards and applicable codes
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
- Experience installing:
- Gas piping
- Refrigeration piping
- Ductwork systems
- Furnaces
- Heat pumps
- Air conditioning systems
- Understanding of low-voltage controls and wiring
- Ability to test and balance HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently while staying on schedule
- Pride in workmanship and customer service
