The Program Manager, Talent Delivery, plays a critical role within the Marketplace Provider team, serving as a strategic talent advisor to ourKey Buyers. This role is responsible for designing, customizing, and executing talent delivery strategies that align with the unique needs of buyers. By leveraging a solution-oriented and forward-thinking mindset, this role helps Field Nation continuously evolve and enhance our marketplace offerings. The Program Manager acts as a connector between what the client requires and how we source, attract, and deliver the right talent. A key function of this role is to think creatively and critically, aiding buyers to navigate marketplace complexity and ambiguity. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Delivery.
\n- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to key buyers, designing tailored recruiting strategies that address unique goals and marketplace needs.
- Lead and execute scalable talent delivery programs, using data insights to identify gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align strategies, increase adoption, and ensure customer success.
- Contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs and tools by testing new approaches, refining processes, and sharing best practices through training and enablement.
- Support client success by resolving escalations, maintaining clear documentation, and influencing product enhancements based on buyer and provider feedback.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent strategy, client services, or marketplace operations, preferably in field services or similar industries.
- Proven ability to advise customers, think strategically, and tailor solutions to complex and evolving needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and track outcomes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and driving innovation in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with high attention to detail and a self-directed mindset.

Salary : $110,000 - $124,000
