We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations across our geologic service projects. This role involves managing personnel, coordinating project workflows, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry to drive our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily office and field operations to ensure safe, efficient service delivery
- Lead and supervise a diverse team of support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and service delivery oversight
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies at all times
- Respond to operational challenges and provide leadership during critical situations
Qualifications-Required
- Minimum 3 years of oilfield operations experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams, departments, or operational functions
- Strong understanding of oilfield service operations, wellsite activities, equipment, and logistics
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Qualifications-Preferred
- Previous experience in a senior operations, district, or regional management role.
- Bachelor's degree in geology or related science field
- Strong background in safety management and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Pay: $72,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
