Social Media & Brand Manager
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a liaison between the Field Day Brewhouse/Taproom & our Community. The
Social Media & Brand Manager will plan, promote, and engage the surrounding communities to get them absolutely freaking pumped about all things Field Day Brewing Co. We’re looking for a content manager to grow our social media presence & outfit our brewery with the hottest, latest, and most eye-grabbing merchandise & swag on the planet! Our goal is to create a welcoming brewery experience for all ages by bringing exciting opportunities paired with world-class beer. We’re looking for someone with a Grassroots work ethic mentality. If you’re afraid to dip a bad ass barrel aged stout head in some smokin’ hot, colored wax, this may not be the place for you! We’re a brand new brewery with big ambitious goals, and we want you to help us take over the industry!
Responsibilities:
● Beer Release Coordination
- Beer Name Creation
- Calendar coordination w/ Head of Brewery Operations
- Graphic design for labeling
■ Merchandise Sourcing & Inventory
- Communication to Taproom staff
● Large Public Event Organization
- Barrel Aged Stout & Anniversary Releases
■ High profile releases & branding, glassware, merchandise
- Beer Dinners & Ticketed Events (Minimum 4/year)
- Oktoberfest Events
■ Glassware Sourcing & Branding
■ Merch Design
■ Menu planning & promotion with Executive Chef
- Traditional German & Czech Beer Hall events
- Large event harvesting and bringing ideas to fruition
- Occasional Live Music Booking
● Social Media Management
- Create content, monitor, respond, and engage in all platforms of social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Untappd, and TikTok
- Generate material via professional looking photography and video
- Grow social media following to thousands of followers
● Duck Pin Bowling & Large Party Management
- Limited Menu Creation
■ Duckpin Party Packages w/ Executive Chef
■ Rehearsal, Wedding, Bridal and event menus
- Private Event & Mezzanine Reservations (Groups of 20 )
- Creation of Events Systems & BEO’s for future Private Events
● Merchandising & Swag
- Inventory & Ordering - Toast Tracking
- Sourcing for Design
- On trend & On brand apparel
● Executive Leadership Management Meetings
- Participate in weekly executive management leadership meetings (L10)
- Staff & Train all employees responsible for working private and large public events
Qualifications:
● Proficient in the following social media platforms
- Untappd
- TikTok
● Background in Graphic Design
- Familiarity with Adobe products, particularly indesign
- Have an “artistic” eye for detail
● Preferred:
- Beer Knowledge is a huge plus. We’re a brewery after all!
- Fashion & Apparel - finding the latest and greatest apparel & swag for our patrons and staff!
- College Degrees are nice, but they aren’t everything! We look for education and experience. Don’t be shy; pop us a resume!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,600.00 per year
