**Job Summary:**
As a Finish Painter at Field Construction, Inc., you will be responsible for high-end painting, staining and other speicalty wall finishes. You will work on a range of projects, from renovating residential properties to commerical painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of color theory and possess excellent craftsmanship skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing them down to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
- Prep areas to be painted including set up, taping and puttying.
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to company protocols, scheduling and execution of all tasks with precision.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in commercial painting or similar roles.
- Familiarity with specialty painting/finish techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of maintaining and repairing surfaces before painting.
- Experience with staining and clear coating processes
- A valid drivers licence is required.
- Must speak fluent English.
