Senior Administrative Assistant

How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
- You will support multiple C-Suite Executives, including our Chief Digital Officer, Chief Fiduciary Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Head of Business Strategy on a wide range of administrative tasks, including internal and external meeting coordination, travel and expense management, conference room scheduling, calendaring, client correspondence, small projects, and more.
- You will provide superior service to all groups while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy. Attention to detail – proactive and early and often approach to tasks are a critical requirement for this role.
- You will contribute to various projects, both technical and non-technical, across Fiduciary Trust.
Experience And Skills
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of administrative work experience with at least 2 years supporting senior level or executive level leaders preferred
- Ability to provide superior customer service to internal employees and other clients with the highest level of professionalism
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances
- Experience working within the financial services industry a plus / Experience working within investment banking, private baking, or high net worth industries preferred
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Outlook and serving as a delegate
- Experience using SharePoint and Zoom desired. Experience using Workday, Concur, and Microsoft Teams considered a plus
- Ability to be present in the NYC office a minimum of three days per week
