🔍 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Leader to support large, complex initiatives within Fidelity’s Workplace Investing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned Scaled Agile delivery professional who excels at coordinating cross‑team execution, driving predictable outcomes, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and senior leadership.

You’ll own delivery end‑to‑end—from planning through production—while modeling Agile principles, ensuring quality, and continuously improving how work gets done.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Lead Scaled Agile delivery for large, sophisticated technology initiatives
• Orchestrate Quarterly / PI Planning, execution tracking, and Inspect & Adapt
• Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and cross‑team alignment
• Own delivery from planning → development → testing → release → production
• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing and release management activities
• Ensure adherence to technical, quality, and Agile best practices
• Provide clear, concise status updates to senior leaders on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders on Agile and Scaled Agile ways of working

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 years in a software development Agile environment
• 3 years in a Scaled Agile role (RTE, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, etc.)
• SAFe / Scaled Agile experience (certification preferred)
• Strong systems thinking and end‑to‑end delivery mindset
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence without authority
• Incident Management experience a plus
