The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Data Entry Associate to support Fidelity’s High Risk Roles (HRR) Program.
This role supports daily operations and administration of the HRR program and support the completion of the Enhanced In-service Background Reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in Fidelity systems
Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Respond to data-related inquiries and provide requested information to management
Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
Follow company procedures for data management and security
Skills and Knowledge
Outstanding digital literacy, including Microsoft Excel
Proficient typing and using a keyboard number pad
Excellent social skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to calmly work in a fast-paced environment
Dedication to meet deadlines under limited direction
Dedication to improving processes
Strong work ethic
Positive outlook with the ability to work independently while working towards an overall team purpose
