The Associate Business Analyst is part of a team that enables Corporate Services Technology to continuously modernize, consolidate, and digitize technology solutions and provide an enhanced user experience for Fidelity associates. The Associate Business Analyst works closely with business teams to gain understanding of processes and the context in which the business operates. This role is responsible for documenting the capabilities needed to address operational and technological challenges through targeted improvements.

In this role on the Compliance Platform Strategy team, you will help ensure that Fidelity protects its reputation by providing operational and project management support. We are seeking a candidate with a strong project management, technology, and business analysis background, who can thrive in a challenging, deadline-driven team environment. The ideal candidate will apply critical thinking to analyze complex requirements and identify and implement process improvements. Our group is passionate about modernizing compliance using technology, data analytics, and process automation. - Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous project management, business analysis, or technology environment experience preferred
