Fidelity National Title is a Fortune 500 company seeking a detail oriented, reliable and dependable individual, with recent industry experience, to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will understand and commit to total quality, unsurpassed customer service and teamwork.
The Customer Service Representative will offer support to a high volume customer service unit. The candidate will have computer aptitude, recent industry experience, demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and basic familiarity with reports, policies and endorsements within title and escrow.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Interfacing with customers and handling requests
· Escalating requests and for action as appropriate to C.S Manager
· Opening orders and ensuring data integrity
· Handling high volume phone calls and emails
· Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2 years of Title Industry experience
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with title point and data tree (smartview preferred)
· Minimum typing skills 50 wpm
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and quality driven
· Knowledge of maps and legal descriptions a plus
· Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
