Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to support our escrow officers in processing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process escrow orders, including data entry and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling signings and communicating with clients, lenders, and agents
- Review and prepare escrow instructions and closing documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and files throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
