The Fidelity Brokerage Operation group provides middle-office support to our customers through innovation, dedication, and commitment. We are dedicated in our pursuit of accurate and swift execution of every client request!
The Expertise We're Looking For
We strive to provide outstanding operational service to Fidelity clients through the accurate and efficient processing a variety of client requests, such as: establishing and updating brokerage accounts and all related features, initiating transfers of assets into the firm, proactive and reactive account corrections and supporting transactions in managed-account products.
The Skills You Bring
The Brokerage organization is comprised of several middle office functions that support Fidelity's Brokerage and Wealth clients with new accounts, account features, money movement, and other needs.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Financial services background strongly preferred.
- Series 7 and 63 Preferred.

- Participating in projects and initiatives to improve existing workflows, quality, and efficiency.
- Recommending methods to ensure consistency and streamline procedures.
- Interacting with inter-departmental colleagues and external customers via both email and phone when appropriate.
- Building an understanding of Fidelity's organizational structure to identify solutions that work in the best interest of the client, following proper channels to seek exceptions, when appropriate.
