Merchant Cash Advance Processor

The MCA Processor will handle all incoming submissions from our sales team, organize files, review documentation for accuracy, communicate with funders, and manage deals through each stage of the underwriting process. You will be trained on our internal systems, industry requirements, and workflow procedures.

This role requires strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to keep deals moving smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and process MCA submissions from start to finish
• Communicate with funders to gather approvals, stipulations, and updates
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure all required documents are collected
• Track deal status and keep CRM and internal trackers updated
• Manage daily workflow and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail with all documents and data
• Provide strong communication to all parties throughout the deal lifecycle
• Ensure files meet compliance and underwriting standards
• Support management with reporting and follow-ups as needed

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• No prior MCA experience required. Full training provided.
