Chesapeake Systems is expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Field Technician to join our growing team!

Pay: up to $50/hr. depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Work with cooling towers, boilers, VFDs, and automated control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical issues accurately
- Conduct system start-ups and ensure reliable performance
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams
What You Bring:
- 4 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Knowledge of BAS functionality and system integration
- Journeyman License preferred (not required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, laptops, and smartphones
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mentality
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently
