H. E. Neumann, a leading provider of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Mechanical Contracting services, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team operating out of our Wheeling, WV location!
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Accurately identify system issues and recommend effective solutions
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and company standards
- Maintain proper documentation of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and workspace
Qualifications:
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
