What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Install Technician position at Fidelity Building Services Group?
A North Carolina-based HVAC/Mechanical provider for industrial and commercial clients! We are looking for HVAC Install Technicians to join our team in Hickory, Ashville, Charlotte, and/or Greensboro!
What you will be doing:
- Install commercial HVAC systems
- Customer service and open communication are a priority
- Additional education is provided through in-house training and factory training programs.
- Observe company safety measures and present a professional attitude and appearance.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3 years of HVAC install experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experienced at installing a wide range large commercial and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment screenings
