Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist in organizing and events, including setup, coordination, and cleanup to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor the clubhouse environment to uphold safety protocols, including conflict management and emergency response procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments for retail items or event admissions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, retail area, and outdoor spaces to promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Enforce safety protocols related to food service
- Manage guest inquiries confidently with direct communication to enhance their experience
Skills
- Proven experience in events management and hospitality environments with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Retail experience with proficiency in processing cash transactions using POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest engagement
- Physical ability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of up to 50lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
