What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Comfort Suites University?
ALKO Hotels and the Comfort Suites University are currently hiring for a part time breakfast attendant. Available shifts are Friday and Saturday mornings.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The breakfast attendant is responsible for preparing, maintaining and closing down the breakfast buffet for our guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set up of serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other products.
2. Stocking coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers.
3. Preparation and service of all food items (hot and cold).
4. Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours, and restocking items for the next day.
5. Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
6. Responsible for tracking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day.
7. Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors.
8. Responsible for cleaning all dishes and kitchen equipment.
9. Providing personalized service to all guests, listening and responding to guest requests and complaints.
10. Additional housekeeping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks as assigned by Management.
Pay: From $16.55 per hour
