What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative - Commercial Mortgage Software position at FICS - Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc?
FICS is on the lookout for a dynamic System Support member on our Commercial Servicer System Support team. Hands on experience with commercial servicing escrow administration, commercial servicing asset management, commercial servicing investor reporting and/or IRS reporting experience is preferred to help our customers get the most out of our commercial mortgage loan servicing software to service commercial loans on a daily basis.
Being a Commercial Servicer System Support member is a customer-centric role where you’ll be the first point of contact for high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing system support — helping clients simplify complex workflows and keep their operations running smoothly. Your guidance directly influences our customers’ efficiency and success. You’ll not only support users by phone and email in a fast-paced environment, but will also train customers on FICS’ proprietary software, deliver regular product webinars, present sessions at our Annual Users’ Conference, and partner with internal teams to test new and enhanced functionality as part of our quality assurance process.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 1-2 years of experience on the servicing side of commercial mortgage loans.
- A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing. Knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as an eagerness to learn.
- Technical proficiency in learning robust software systems.
- Natural problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel across the U.S., when needed.
