LP Customer Service Budget Analyst

The LP Customer Service Budget Analyst is responsible for accurately maintaining and updating customer accounts, ensuring all data is current and precise. This role provides exceptional customer service by delivering accurate product and account information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and respectfully. The analyst collaborates with internal teams to support budgeting processes and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, while maintaining accurate budgeting with customer accounts.

The LP Customer Service Budget Analyst position work schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Performs all stages of budgeting customer accounts.

· Takes ownership and effectively responds in a timely manner to customer issues/problems when he or she becomes aware of them.

· Knowledge of propane along with safe operation in filling and storage operations.

· Filling of propane cylinders for customers as needed.

· Thoroughly handles charity accounts

· Print and balance statements

· Nightly Balance Sheet for Cash and Credit Card Transactions.

· Maintains Propane Dispatch Tickets.

· Data Entry

Qualifications:

· 3–6 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write routine reports and speak effectively with customers and co-workers.

· Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow instructions and handle routine situations.

· Proficient computer skills and ability to work with customer support software and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $35,360.00 per year
