Job Description
Housekeeping supports general hotel operations by cleaning suites and maintaining hotel quality standards. Promotes hotel standards and effectively provides services personally or refers requests to the appropriate department manager as needed to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning Hotel Suites
- Maintaining Positive Guest Relations
- Laundry-Hotel Linens
- Ensures compliance with Hotel Operating Procedures
- Team Oriented
- Available weekends and a few days during the week
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hotel and Customer Service experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to stand and move throughout front office and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations for the entire shift.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and guests.
