What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Fibronostics?
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in diagnostics is preferred (not required).
✅ Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative (2-3 years)
✅ Experience working with CRM (experience with Zoho is preferred)
✅ Bilingual candidates are a plus
