Job Description

Technology Operations & Support

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to assist our Information Technology department with day-to-day technical operations and hands-on support tasks. This temporary position (up to 6 months) is ideal for current students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience working directly with hardware, software, and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer setup and configuration, including hardware installation, peripheral setup, software deployment, and account configuration.
• Assist with basic hardware maintenance, such as installing components, preparing devices for new users, and organizing or maintaining IT equipment.
• Support the IT Manager and staff with technical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and responding to user support needs.
• Assist with maintaining accurate computer inventory and keeping the IT equipment room organized and clean.
• Participate in general IT operations and other technical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT-related program or degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of networking and computer systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common IT tools.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience with hardware setup, device configuration, and technical support.
