Experience Required: 3 years of MDS experience
Industry: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Complete accurate and timely MDS assessments
Review clinical documentation and resident records
Coordinate MDS-related information with the interdisciplinary team
Ensure documentation supports accurate MDS completion and coding
Monitor assessment schedules and required deadlines
Identify documentation discrepancies and follow up with appropriate clinical staff
Support compliance with applicable MDS and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate, organized, and complete clinical documentation
Current and active LPN license
3 years of MDS experience required
Strong knowledge of the MDS assessment process
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
