We are seeking a strong, experienced, and hands-on Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehabilitation department at a small facility in Fall River, MA.

Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Lead, support, and collaborate with the therapy team
Ensure patients receive high-quality, individualized rehabilitation services
Monitor patient care, clinical needs, and overall department performance
Work closely with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and other clinical staff
Collaborate with nursing and facility leadership to support patient outcomes
Help coordinate therapy services and maintain an efficient department
Provide hands-on leadership and clinical support when needed
Promote strong communication and teamwork throughout the rehabilitation department
Monitor documentation, care plans, and therapy-related processes
Help identify opportunities for quality improvement and better patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations
Support staff development, accountability, and professional growth
Qualifications & Skills
Active Massachusetts license as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
Previous rehabilitation leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage and oversee a rehabilitation department
Hands-on leadership approach
Ability to work effectively with therapy, nursing, and facility leadership
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
