We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to build, lead, and scale a best-in-class product management function for Fibergrate Structures and its global brands: Fibergrate Composite Structures, Bison Innovative Products, Jouplast, Fibregrid, USL Structural Products, and ThruBream. Position Purpose
The Senior Product Manager is a leadership role responsible for defining strategic product direction, lifecycle management, and commercial success across our entire product portfolio globally. This role will own product strategy from concept through end-of-life, aligning customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to drive both incremental and organic growth, profitability, and competitive differentiation.
Aligned with Fibergrate's long-range vision and values, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure Fibergrate’s products continue to meet the highest standards for safety, performance, compliance, innovation, and customer value across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide 3 to 5 year product Road Map aligned with our vision, growth priorities, and channel requirements
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, business unit leaders, and global sales teams for collaborative timelines and forecasts on new product introduction
- Create business goals with clear KPI’s and well-defined measurable outcomes
Leadership and Team Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team
- Establish clear roles, expectations, workflows, and career paths
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Coach seller-doers and technical partners on messaging, storytelling, and client engagement
- Voice of Customer research to establish all Critical To Quality features and benefits
Sales and Marketing Execution Ownership
- Own and steward the Fibergrate Structures collection of products across all regions, markets, and platforms
- Identify new opportunities for the business within existing and new markets
- Work with the marketing team to create sales tools, collateral, and training materials in partnership with Launch Communications, both internally and externally
- Directly lead the voice of customer engagement to validate competitor analysis, market sizes, customer pain points, and technology trends that can be converted into business actions, driving growth
- Utilize the Milestone Process for developing business cases and clearly creating collaboration and ownership of all departments throughout the development and launch phases for an on-time and target met execution
Digital, Public Relations, and External Presence
- Own content and vision for creation that is to be deployed by the Digital Marketing team
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team for all keywords/phrases/benchmarking on website strategy, search optimization, and performance analytics
- Work with media partners for social media, public relations, thought leadership, awards, and earned media communications to a global audience
- Ensure a best-in-class and differentiated product system presence in priority markets
- Partner with external agencies and consultants to extend capabilities, increase certifications, and improve/document performance as needed

- Awareness of product and compliance requirements for global markets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or engineering; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of progressive product management experience, preferably with at least two years of people leadership
- Proven success in motivating teams and exerting influence across multiple departments and geographies
- Specified Building/Construction product management experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%-30%
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
