Role Summary: We’re seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations, subcontractor invoicing, and project documentation for fiber optic construction projects. This role ensures all billing aligns with project milestones, documentation, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit project invoices from daily reports, photos, and completion logs.
- Verify subcontractor invoices, purchase orders, and change orders for accuracy.
- Maintain billing schedules, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with field teams and clients to resolve billing questions.
- Reconcile project financials and ensure compliance with contracts and audits.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
- 2 years of billing/accounting experience in construction, utilities, or fiber optics
- QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Remote/hybrid work
- Occasional travel to meet clients/vendors in Dallas

Pay: $47,687.82 - $70,000.00 per year
