Position Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS, for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will ensure product quality and compliance by performing inspections, implementing quality assurance procedures, and managing quality systems. Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting root cause analyses, creating quality reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering and understanding of Quality Control methodologies.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and maintaining Product Quality standards.
- Familiarity with Quality Management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or comparable experience.
- Keen understanding of AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
