The Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in supporting our
engineering department by assisting with various technical tasks and
ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering processes. The
Engineering Techicianfabricates, maintains, modifies existing composite
and aluminum tooling, prototype molds, fixtures, templates, and shop
aids with RTM, VARTM, wet layup or other processes; and assists
Engineering personnel in the research, design, development and
experimental fabrication of new products and processes. Other production
work will be delegated as required.

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues
- Assist with the design and development of engineering projects using
- Collect and analyze data to support engineering experiments and
- Create detailed CAD drawings, schematics, and diagrams
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and maintain technical
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment or systems as needed
- Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines
###### Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
