Our Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and

processes meet established quality standards. This role collaborates

closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to

implement quality control systems, conduct root cause analyses, and

drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and
  
  

systems.

• Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with
  
  

specifications and standards.

• Investigate and analyze quality issues; perform root cause analysis
  
  

and corrective/preventive action.

• Support new product introductions through process validation,
  
  

control plans, and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve
  
  

quality-related issues.

• Prepare quality reports and present metrics to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
