This is a part-time, on-site role (25–30 hours per week) based out of Fi’s New York City office. The position has an immediate start, with the potential to extend beyond January (TBD).This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations and directly support the success of our NYC team. If you’re excited to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations and driving organizational success, this role is for you.What You'll Do:Process incoming shipments using Fi’s custom software.Conduct quality assurance checks to evaluate product condition.Organize received items for storage, testing, repurposing, or disposal.Assemble, pack, and ship refurbished products to meet team needs.Track and manage office inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.What You'll Bring:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, eager to learn and grow.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.The anticipated base rate for this position is $17-19 per hour.
