Job Title: Client Engagement Executive
Tacoma / Seattle, WA.
FHR Solutions has been engaged by a medical device innovator in the Seattle, WA area to support their search for a key role in their client engagement team.
The Client Engagement Executive is a key member of a team that is breaking ground with a unique medical company leading innovation in the areas of Product Development, Product Management & Commercialization. The role is to develop long term relationships and driving a culture of collaboration with key stakeholders for MultiCare Health Systems. Will serve as the on-site ambassador to source commercialization opportunities, acting as the conduit to promote new medical products from concept to market.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as principal catalyst at MultiCare to create, support and sustain a culture of innovation and to transform healthcare through collaboration.
- Cultivate and nurture productive relationships with executives and key stakeholders and integrate into the fabric of the MultiCare community.
- Collaborate with clinicians to define/refine problem statements, understand unmet needs, and align solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Conduct early-stage market assessments to evaluate opportunity viability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, MS or related).
- 8 years working in healthcare, biotech or medical device innovation.
- Experience in client engagement, account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills and experience with instigating initial outreach dialogue with new stakeholders on early product concepts.
- Ability to understand and explain complex solutions clearly
Nice-to-have:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance, or digital health technologies.
- Commercial awareness with a consultative approach.
