Brief Description
Perform duties to install, configure and support hardware and software for the organization’s PC users provide “power user” level application support, as required, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.
Essential Functions
Duties associated with this work may require lifting and manipulating up to 50 pounds, possibly in difficult work positions, and for up to three hours in a day to diagnose, position, move and repair computing physical assets.

Essential Functions
- Monitor and acknowledge requests for support from PC users relating to hardware and software systems. Diagnose and resolve or escalate issues within the department, providing support in keeping with departmental service standards.
- Provide PC support and troubleshooting to users with hardware and software issues. Support Help Desk Analyst, as needed to respond to user issues.
- Administer, configure, maintain, and provide advanced support for specialty and third-party business applications, serving as the primary technical resource.
- Coordinate technical issues with vendors in support of user requirements associated with specified Association management system.
- Administer software licensing records for assigned products, domain names and web site certificates, ensure licensing availability and report on requirements and issues relating to licensure.
- Identify user requirements for reports and access data to develop reports to suit requirements.
- Support the online meeting, webinar and AV systems. Set up sessions to meet user requirements. Document procedures and test systems prior to activation by users.
- Deploy and image workstations, install operating systems and enterprise applications, and configure system settings to ensure consistent, secure, and fully functional user environments. Support users, and troubleshoot issues, to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Move equipment as required for maintenance, repair, set up, or other purposes, where items to be moved may be at ground, table, or other heights and weigh fifty pounds or less.
