We are currently expanding our plant with a new second production line and are hiring immediately.

What You'll Do Every Day
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.).
- Load and unload machines and monitor machining processes.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic CNC programming adjustments.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Check first parts and make process corrections when needed.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
- Perform routine housekeeping and basic machine service work.
- Assist with training new operators as experience grows.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of CNC machine operation experience.
- Experience with tooling, offsets, and tool changes.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma, CNC apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, or polishing.
- Siemens 840D or crankshaft processing experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
