About the Role:
Roll Machining Technologies is looking for multiple skilled CNC Operators to join our team in Blytheville, AR! Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and / or mills to produce machined parts
- Safely load material into machines either manually or with a crane
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make program offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Document production activity and maintain accurate work records
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating CNC lathes, mills or horizontal turning lathes preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Experience with G&M code programming preferred
- Crane / Forklift experience preferred
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, or similar CNC control systems a plus!
- Experience with Mazak Mill a huge plus!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic
