What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule daily shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Dispatch drivers and provide clear instructions for each load
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients to confirm load details
- Resolve delays, issues, or scheduling conflicts quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate transportation records, including BOLs and rate confirmations
- Support route planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of freight documents (BOLs, rate confirmations, etc.)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
