This is HARD, PHYSICAL work in a small team.
You will be:

- Handling raw, cold meat with your hands
- Standing the entire shift

WHAT THIS JOB IS
- Part-time: ~25 hours/week (up to 30 max)
- NOT full-time
- Production work (not a kitchen, no cooking)
- You will be trained to copy our exact process
We don’t need creativity.
We need people who can follow instructions exactly and repeat them fast and correctly.
SCHEDULE (TYPICAL)
- Monday: 10am–1pm
- Tuesday: 6:30am–3:30/4:30pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am–3:30/4:30pm
- Thursday: 7:45am–12:30/2pm
- Friday: 9:45am–1pm
(Hours may vary slightly based on workload)
90-DAY PROBATION (ZERO TOLERANCE)
First 90 days = no exceptions
- No calling in
- No late arrivals
- No missed days

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Cut and portion meat quickly and accurately
- Feed grinders and use equipment
- Debone poultry by hand (with a knife)
- Mix cold ground meat by hand (must be mixed completely)
- Follow recipes exactly — no guessing
- Package and vacuum seal product
- Lift and move boxes (up to 60 lbs with team)
- Keep your workspace clean at all times
- Portion cold meat into exact required sizes
You will be working with cold meat for long periods.
Your hands will get cold — you are still expected to mix thoroughly and correctly every time.
WORK CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT)
- You will be standing the entire shift
- No sitting or breaks until scheduled break time
- Fast-paced, constant movement
- Cold product handled by hand
HYGIENE RULE (VERY IMPORTANT)
We are a scent-sensitive workplace due to animals’ highly developed sense of smell. Employees are required to maintain a clean, neutral-scented presence at all times while working.
This includes:
- No use of perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented personal products
- Avoiding strong or noticeable odors that may disrupt animals or the work environment
- Maintaining personal hygiene appropriate for close interaction with animals and team members
Employees who report to work with strong or disruptive odors that impact the workplace or animal well-being may be asked to leave their shift and return in compliance with this policy.
This requirement is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals in our care. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by law. If you come in with strong odors, you will be sent home.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Speak, read, and understand English fluently
- Have a bank account (direct deposit)
- Have a smartphone (for clock-in/out)
- Wear non-slip (kitchen safe) shoes
- Be able to lift, push, pull up to 60 lbs
- Be okay working with raw meat and cold product all day
- Must pass drug screening (Nevada illegal substances)
