About The Role
As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you will be the driving force behind daily operations at our New York City office and a key partner on team workplace initiatives. You’ll support onsite events, team meetups, vendor partnerships, employee experience, and operational logistics to ensure our people can work confidently and comfortably onsite.
This role is full-time, exempt, and reports to the Director, Workplace Experience & Operations. Regular in-office presence is required in our office in SoHo, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.

About The Role

Role Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day workplace operations in New York, making our office a place our coworkers love to work and guests love to visit
- Serve as primary onsite workplace point of contact, including visitor experience and physical security oversight
- Plan and support workplace programs that enhance engagement (events, team meetups, travel, meals, amenities, and culture)
- Manage vendor relationships and liaise with property management
- Oversee management of the office facility, including coordinating preventive maintenance and repair projects as needed
- Manage workplace inventory and optimize spend to ensure consistent office readiness (supplies, snacks, amenities)
- Partner with cross-functional teams on workplace needs and process improvements
- Provide additional support to other satellite offices as needed
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and proactively
- Teams feel supported and excited to work onsite
- Communication is handled in a timely and professional fashion
- Workplace processes are scalable and continuously improving
- 1 years of experience in an administrative, office management, hospitality, or customer service role
- Service-oriented and customer-centric; you enjoy helping others and creating positive experiences
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools, including AI
