Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow Fetch's relationships with the local veterinary community: Spend time visiting referring hospitals, building strong connections with veterinary teams, gathering feedback, and ensuring Fetch remains their trusted partner for specialty and emergency care.
- Support marketing campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline campaigns to raise awareness of Fetch's services and specialties.
- Social media management: Partner with the Marketing Director to create engaging content, respond to followers, and track performance metrics across social platforms.
- Community events & outreach: Coordinate promotional events and outreach initiatives to connect with local pet owners and veterinary professionals.
- Marketing materials: Work with the design and communications teams to develop eye-catching brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Performance tracking: Monitor the success of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments based on data and feedback.
- Vendor relationships: Maintain partnerships with external vendors (such as graphic designers and print services) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of materials.
- Stay current: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to keep Fetch's strategies fresh and effective
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform marketing strategies
