Regional Operations Manager

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to support our expanding franchise network across the Southeast. This high-impact role focuses on driving operational excellence, coaching franchise teams, and ensuring consistent performance without direct reports. You will travel extensively to franchise locations, helping them grow, hit KPIs, and deliver the exceptional client experiences our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities 

• Travel regularly throughout the Southeast to franchise locations to assess operations, identify opportunities, and implement best practices 
• Coach and develop franchise teams on processes, customer service, installation standards, and efficiency 
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to revenue, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics 
• Support franchise growth by providing hands-on guidance, training, and accountability frameworks 
• Partner with corporate leadership to align franchise performance with brand standards and company goals 
• Report performance insights, trends, and forecasts to executive leadership 
• Help scale successful systems as we add new franchise locations 

Performance Expectations 

• Achieve and exceed regional KPI targets across franchise locations 
• Improve operational consistency and team performance through coaching and support 
• Contribute to franchise retention, growth, and overall Southeast market expansion 
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand representation at every location 

Qualifications 

• 5 years of operations leadership or multi-unit management experience (franchise or home-services industry preferred) 
• Proven track record coaching and developing teams without direct reports 
• Strong KPI-driven mindset with experience building accountability and performance systems 
• Background in home services, construction, landscaping, or lighting/installation industries highly desired 
• Excellent communication, travel readiness (heavy Southeast travel), and relationship-building skills 
• Professional, structured, and results-oriented approach 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to reside in NC, GA, SC, or FL 

Compensation & Benefits 

• $85,000 – $95,000 base salary 
• Performance-based bonus structure 
• Company vehicle fully covered travel expenses
