Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer service to guests
- Assist guests with supplying them with the items they need from the department
- Aid guests in finding items they are looking for on the sales floor
- Take orders and special requests
- Answer the telephone and assist callers using proper phone etiquette
- Ten tiling guests at all times
- Stocking and maintaining product levels
- Fill all items on display
- Makes sure products are rotated, using first in first out method
- Follow display standards
- Maintaining grocery supplies
- Ensure all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
- Other duties as assigned

Also requires proper training and knowledge of the following equipment / procedures : proper lifting techniques, trash compactor, baler, power equipment.

The Natural / Organic Clerk is an hourly position that is part-time.
