A busy, mid-sized personal injury law firm looking for a friendly, welcoming, organized and detail-oriented professional person to fill the role of our reception clerk. The responsibilities of this full-time position include:
* Welcome and check in clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
* Answer, screen and redirect incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
* Manage the reception area and its day to day activities
* Receive and distribute incoming packages
* Accept, sort and distribute mail daily
* Assist with basic administrative tasks
* Bi-Lingual in Spanish a major plus
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
