The Addison Northwest School District (ANWSD) is seeking a principal for the Ferrisburgh Central School beginning July 1, 2026. The Ferrisburgh Central School is a student-centered learning environment for pre-kindergarten through Fifth grade, Our dedicated staff of teachers and paraprofessionals provides approximately 160 PreK-5th grade students with a continuum of educational opportunities in a personalized and caring environment.

- Support and maintain Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) school programs
- Provide a safe and secure educational environment, including behavior management

- Ensure implementation of approved curriculum, research-based instructional strategies, and assessments to meet student achievement goals
- Collaborate with district level teams to develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement plans for school improvement
