- Have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
- Must have good customer service, communication skills, problem solving, and a can-do attitude
- Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. Will authorize, pursuant to university policies and procedures, a driving record check, and will meet the driving authorization requirements through the course of employment in a position where you are authorized to drive a vehicle as part of your duties.
- Must be able to work only Wednesdays from 2pm-5pm and Fridays 8am-11am this semester. After that spring will be more open.
- Greeting guests
- Mail distribution within the department
- Data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
- Manual assembly
