Job Title: Entry-Level Production Fabricator (a.k.a. Metal Magician in Training)

Reports To: The Boss of the Back Shop (also known as the Production Manager)
About the Job:
Do you enjoy the smell of freshly cut metal in the morning? Do sparks flying sound like a good day at the office? If youve got a strong back, a sharp eye, and a desire to make cool stuff out of raw metal, we want you on our team. No experience? No problem. If you can show up on time, learn quickly, and not lick the tools, well teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing (besides being awesome):
- Turning flat metal sheets into things that make engineers proud
- Using tools that go buzz, whirr, and sometimes bam!
- Reading blueprints like youre deciphering ancient treasure maps (dont worry, well help)
- Measuring twice and cutting once (or at least trying)
- Grinding, deburring, sanding basically giving metal a spa day
- Helping your teammates and occasionally accepting donuts as payment
- Keeping your workspace cleaner than your bedroom
- Wearing safety glasses like they're a fashion statement
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (or just proof that you can count and read a tape measure)
- A good attitude and the ability to laugh at dad jokes
- Basic math skills (you should know how to add, subtract, and measure stuff)
- Arms strong enough to lift up to 50 lbs and the stamina to stand for a while
- A brain that enjoys learning and hands that dont mind getting dirty
- No previous shop experience requiredbut if youve worked with tools before, even better
