Compensation: $50,000 bonus
Schedule: Hybrid – North Charlotte
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage advisor onboarding, contracting, and licensing processes from start to finish
- Communicate with advisors via phone and email, providing status updates and support
- Work directly with insurance carriers to secure approvals and resolve issues
- Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed records and case notes in the CRM system
- Assist with ongoing account maintenance, including license renewals, carrier additions, policy updates, training requirements, and profile changes
- Serve as a resource for onboarding-related questions from internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Natural curiosity and ability to investigate issues independently
- Comfortable in a process-driven, desk-based environment
- Customer service, administrative, operations, or account support experience is a plus
- No insurance or financial services experience required
- No degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
